Management Profiles

Eve A. Seib, President

Eve spent the beginning of her career with Arthur Andersen. Serving in various roles throughout the organization including regional marketing and general account development, Eve was promoted to the global sales team, managing the sales process to the Firm's largest clients and training account development teams around the world. Upon the dissolution of Arthur Andersen, Eve moved over to the client side, working in competitive intelligence and marketing strategy for WorldCom.

Eve graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stetson University, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida. Eve is a member of the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council, the Women's Business Enterprise National Council and the Society for Human Resource Management. Eve is also a licensed Realtor.

Michael G. Nimer, Chief Operating Officer

Michael is responsible for overseeing the firm's service delivery and business development components, ensuring top tier levels of customer satisfaction and cost-effective relocation programs. Prior to joining OneSource Relocation, Michael spent 27 years with Prudential Relocation, where he was its Senior Vice President, Global Relationship Management. Michael has served on a number of industry committees and panels. He holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and is a recipient of ERC's Meritorious Service Award.

Jeff Morris, Senior Vice President, Business Development

Jeff is responsible for Global Business Development for OneSource, working with prospective clients to help develop programs and policies to meet their relocation needs and requirements. Jeff, a 23 year veteran of the relocation industry, has held positions in client services management and progressively senior sales positions throughout his career. He holds his Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and was elected President of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council in 2009. Jeff has a Bachelor of Business Sciences degree from Georgia State University.

Renae Rollen, Vice President Finance and Operations

Renae began her Relocation career at the ground-level of a newly formed Relocation Department for Jenny Pruitt & Assoc. in 1990 and advanced to Manager of RELO® Services in 1993. In 1998, Renae joined OneSource to help manage its operations and finance activities. Her responsibilities have grown to include cost management, expense tracking, business development, and client satisfaction. Renae is a licensed Broker, and has earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations through the Employee Relocation Council.

Gregory A. Seib, Chief Financial Officer

Greg has worked actively with OneSource since 2000 when Greystone Capital Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, acquired OneSource from its founders. In December 2007, OneSource was acquired from Greystone. While at Greystone, Greg served in many roles, culminating in Managing Director responsible for originating, negotiating, and managing the investments of the partnership. Prior to joining Greystone, Greg served as a Ratings Analyst for Duff & Phelps and as a Corporate & Investment Banker for NationsBank. Greg has a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt.
